Drug Arrest- On December 17, 2021, Dep. Wimberly conducted a traffic stop in the 21800 block of FDR Boulevard in Lexington Park. The operator of the vehicle was identified as Arlon Charles Menchion, age 58 of Lexington Park. Located in the center console of the vehicle was a rock like substance, (suspected cocaine). Menchion was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana.

Drug Arrest- On December 21, 2021, detectives from the Vice/Narcotics Division executed a search warrant, in the 23900 block of North Patuxent Beach Road in California. The warrant was for the person of James David Moore Sr., age 44 of Lexington Park, as well as his residence. Moore was located in a vehicle near the residence and located in the vehicle were numerous baggies containing suspected fentanyl, as well as a digital scale with residue and several baggies for packaging CDS. Located in the residence was suspected alprazolam and buprenorphine. Moore was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana, Possession With the Intent to Distribute, and CDS: Production Equipment.

Assault/Resist Arrest- On December 27, 2021, Dep. Rycyzyn responded to the 22000 block of Valley Estates Drive in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. While conducting the investigation Ondo Ebendeng Mike, age 27 of Lusby, exited the residence and was combative with deputies on scene. Mike was advised he was under arrest, at which time he began to actively resist, striking two deputies on scene and pulled a body camera and mount off a deputies vest, breaking the body camera mount. Mike attempted to flee from deputies on scene while handcuffed, at which time a bag of suspected marijuana was located on the suspect. The initial victim of the assault advised deputies Mike had grabbed the victim by the victim's neck and threw the victim to the ground. Mike was charged with Assault 1st Degree, three counts of Assault 2nd Degree, Fail to Obey a Lawful Order, Resist/Interfere with Arrest and Malicious Destruction of Property.

Assault- On December 28, 2021, Dep. Walker responded to the 24800 block of Pt. Lookout Road in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Arielle Marie Ferguson, age 22 of Lusby, scratched the victim's face during an argument while the victim was driving. Visible injury was observed to the victim and Ferguson was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. (No Photograph Available)

Assault/Resist Arrest- On December 31, 2021, Sgt. Fleenor responded to the 23200 block of Pt. Lookout Road in Leonardtown, for the reported threats. Investigation determined Meghann Emily Abraham, age 30 of Leonardtown, was arguing with a neighbor regarding her dog. Sgt. Fleenor made contact with Abraham who began yelling and screaming profanities at him and then proceeded to grab his outer vest carrier, and pulled off his badge. Abraham was advised she was under arrest, at which time she began to actively resist and attempted to flee under the residence. During the arrest, Abraham also kicked Sgt. Fleenor. Abraham was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest.

Violation of Protective Order- On January 1, 2022, Dep. Walker responded to the 45900 block of Indian Way in Lexington Park, for the welfare check. Paulette Michele Johnson, age 31 of Lexington Park, was located on scene in violation of a valid court order. Johnson was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order.

Drug Arrest- Om January 2, 2022, Cpl. Roszell responded to the 40900 block of Merchant's Lane in Leonardtown, for the reported fraudulent prescription. Investigation determined Francisco Nico Saavedra, age 21 of Laurel, attempted to pick up a prescription for promethazine/codeine cough syrup, that was fraudulently phoned into the pharmacy. Saavedra was advised he was under arrest, at which time he pushed a deputy in the chest and fled the store. Saavedra was apprehended outside the store and charged with Assault 2nd Degree, Resist Arrest, Prescription Obtain by Fraud, and CDS: Possession With Intent to Distribute.

Assault- On January 3, 2022, Dep. Haas responded to the 24000 block of Hollywood Road in Hollywood, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Christine Faye Gray, age 49 of Hollywood, struck the victim in the face, causing visible injury to the victim. Gray was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree. Drug Arrest- On January 3, 2022, Dep. Fleenor responded to the 21400 block of Exquisite Court in Lexington Park, to serve an outstanding warrant. Contact was made with David William Hower Jr., age 26 of Lexington Park. Hower was found to have a piece of a straw containing suspected fentanyl residue on his person. Hower was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession-Paraphernalia.

Drug Arrest- On January 5, 2022, Dep. Rycyzyn made contact with Irvin Joseph Branson III, age 40 of no fixed address, to serve an outstanding warrant. Located on Branson's person was individually wrapped packages containing suspected marijuana, and a plastic bag containing suspected cocaine. Branson was arrested and charged with CDS: Possession With Intent to Distribute, CDS: Possession-Not Marijuana and CDS: Possession-Marijuana More Than 10 Grams.

Assault- On January 7, 2022, Dep. McLean responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Dinah Marie Baker, age 59 of Lexington Park, threw a package of napkins at the victim and kicked the victim in the legs when being escorted to her cell. Baker was charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Assault- On January 9, 2022, Dep. Jerew responded to the 45800 block of Ketch Court in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Jaysen Alexander Jones, age 21 of Lexington Park, pushed and struck the victim, causing visible injury to the victim. Jones was arrested and charged with Assault 2nd Degree.

Violation of Peace Order- On January 12, 2022, Dep. McLean responded to the 45600 block of Bethfield Way in California, for the reported peace order violation. Investigation determined John Christopher Miedzinski, age 36 of Lexington Park, was on the victim's property after being served a valid court order preventing any contact with the victim. Miedzinski was arrested and charged with Peace Order/Fail to Comply.
