Assault- On October 1, 2019, Dep. Luffey responded to the 49700 block of Fresh Pond Neck Road in Ridge, for the reported check the welfare. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim and Tyler Deshaun Camile Roberts, age 25 of Ridge. Investigation determined Roberts pushed the victim several times during and argument, and pushed a piece of furniture onto the victim. Roberts was arrested and charged with Assault Second Degree. Assault/Disorderly Conduct- On October 2, 2019, Dep. Burgess responded to the 21200 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for the reported disturbance. Investigation determined Mark Anthony Baltimore, age 53 of Lexington Park, attempted to push the victim inside of a residence. Once deputies arrived on scene to conduct the investigation, Baltimore went to the second victim's address and was acting in a disorderly manner by banging on the victim's windows, and air conditioner, waking the victim. Deputies arrested Baltimore on the scene, however Baltimore refused to comply and continually pulled away from deputies. Baltimore was ultimately taken into custody and charged with Assault Second Degree, Resist/Interfere with Arrest, Obstruction and Hindering, and Disorderly Conduct. CASE# 56423-19

Assault First Degree- On October 3, 2019, Dep. Schell responded to the 21600 block of Great Mills Road in Lexington Park, for the reported assault. Investigation determined Trinik Shatega King, age 24 of Lexington Park, assaulted one victim by striking the victim in the face and biting the victim, causing visible injury. That victim and witness/second victim attempted to separate themselves from King, and got into a vehicle and left the area. King followed both victims in another vehicle, and attempted to strike the victims' vehicle head on. The victim was able to swerve, however King's vehicle still collided on the victim's vehicle, striking the vehicle on the driver's side of the car. The victims continued to drive, and were rammed two additional times by King's vehicle. King was arrested and charged with two counts of Assault First Degree, two counts of Assault Second Degree, and two counts of Reckless Endangerment. CASE# 56739-19

Investigation determined Nathan Anthony Thomas, age 38 of Great Mills, assaulted the victim by kicking the victim in the face; the victim sustained visible injury from the assault.
