Investigation determined Craig Dudley Waite, age 61 of Great Mills, contacted the victim by sending numerous messages to the victim, which is a violation of a current court order prohibiting contact. Investigation determined Manuel Luis Rivera, age 55 of Ridge, violated a valid court order by not vacating a residence as the order directed, and contacting the victim which was also prohibited by the order. Investigation determined Tommy Cristobal Colon, age 64 of North Carolina, was wearing a handgun in his waistband and was involved in a verbal altercation.
