Violate Protective Order- On June 26, 2020, Dep. Wilhelmi responded to the 43200 block of Medley's Neck Road in Leonardtown, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Craig Dudley Waite, age 61 of Great Mills, contacted the victim by sending numerous messages to the victim, which is a violation of a current court order prohibiting contact. Violate Protective Order- On June 26, 2020, Cpl. Reppel responded to the 16700 block of Three Notch Road in Ridge, for the reported violation of protective order. Investigation determined Manuel Luis Rivera, age 55 of Ridge, violated a valid court order by not vacating a residence as the order directed, and contacting the victim which was also prohibited by the order. Rivera was arrested and charged with Violate Protective Order. CASE# 39815-20

Dangerous Weapon- On June 27, 2020, Dep. Wilhelmi responded to the 18500 block of Herring Road in Tall Timbers, for the reported weapons violation. Investigation determined Tommy Cristobal Colon, age 64 of North Carolina, was wearing a handgun in his waistband and was involved in a verbal altercation. Investigation determined Colon did not have a handgun permit issued in the state of Maryland. Colon was arrested and charged with Dangerous Weapon-Conceal. CASE# 39982-20

Malicious Destruction of Property- On June 28, 2020, Dep. Edelen responded to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown, for the reported property destruction. Investigation determined Devon Tyler Lee, age 18 of Great Mills, pulled off the sprinkler head in his assigned cell. Lee was charged with Malicious Destruction of Property. CASE# 40183-20

Violate Protective Order- On June 28, 2020, Dep. T. Snyder responded to the 45000 block of Sayre Drive in Great Mills, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Marquan Christopher Wells, age 32 of Great Mills, violated an active court order by contacting the victim, which is prohibited by the order. Violate Protective Order- On July 1, 2020, Cpl. Worrey responded to the 46400 block of Munley Lane in Lexington Park, for the reported protective order violation. Investigation determined Terrence Lamont Chew, age 41 of Lexington Park, was located in the victim's residence in violation of a valid court order prohibiting Chew from being on the victim's property or contacting the victim.
