Investigation determined Gerald Issiah Wade, age 19 of no fixed address, used a folding knife to stab the victim on the victim's left arm. Indecent Exposure- On August 3, 2020, Dep. Luffey responded to the 22100 block of Three Notch Road in Lexington Park, for the reported trespassing. Contact was made with Rome Paris Cunningham, age 31 of Lexington Park. While Dep. Luffey was completing the no trespass order, Cunningham began urinating in front of the business and customers. When Cunningham was advised he was under arrest, he bladed his body, and refused to be handcuffed. Cunningham continually resisted and pulled away from Dep. Luffey.
