Violation of Protective Order: On Nov. 20, 2021, Deputy Michael Myers #364 responded to the 41600 block of Knight Road in Leonardtown for the reported Violation of Protective Order. Robert Matthew Duke, age 34 of no fixed address, was located at the property on two separate occasions that day at the residence, in Violation of a Protective Order. Duke was arrested and transported to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown and charged with two counts of Violation of Protective Order. Assault: On Nov. 20, 2021, DFC John Fenwick #338 responded to the 22500 block of Garrison Drive in California for the reported assault. The victim advised that Meghann Emily Abraham, age 30 of California, slapped the victim's face multiple times leaving visible injuries. Abraham was arrested and charged with Second-Degree Assault. Theft: On Nov. 20, 2021, Deputy Max Schell #359 responded to the California Walmart store for the report of a theft. Asset Protection staff advised that Lindsey Michele Farren, age 33 of Great Mills, scanned one item at the self-checkout register and placed multiple other items in a shopping bag. Farren was issued a criminal citation for Theft: Less than $100. Case # 59087-21 (no photo available)

Trespassing: On Nov. 21, 2021, Deputy Preston Dixon #380 responded to the 42600 block of Moll Dyer Road in Leonardtown for the report of trespassing. A neighbor reported that Barbara Ellen Hollinger, age 73 of Leonardtown, walked up to the victim's porch and was loitering in a suspicious manner in violation of a no-trespass notice. Theft: On Nov. 21, 2021, Guy Vivian Butler, age 56 of California, was observed concealing a circular saw and other tools at the Charlotte Hall Ace Hardware and leaving the store without paying. Deputy Joseph Bowling met with Butler on Nov. 22 and charged him with Theft: $100 to under $1,500. Case # 59404-21

Theft: On Nov. 22, 2021, Deputy Casey Hill #381 responded to the California Target store for the report of a theft. Store loss prevention staff advised that Amanda Rae Bailey, age 39 of Leonardtown, attempted to leave the store with unpaid merchandise. Bailey was charged with Theft: $100 to under $1,500.
