On-View Arrests:
Home Invasion: On May 3, 2020, Detective Trevor Teague initiated a home invasion investigation at 21600 North Essex Drive in Lexington Park. The victim advised that Dewayne McClain Milburn Jr., 20 of California, entered the basement of the home and began grabbing items to put into his pockets. The victim stood up from playing a video game when Milburn punched the victim. A fight ensued between Milburn, the initial victim and a second victim. Milburn held the gun to one of the victim's head and shortly thereafter the gun was discharged one time. During the fight, one of the victims wrestled the gun away from Milburn. Detective Teague observed injuries to the victim consistent with a struggle and located one 9mm shell casing in the basement of the home. The gun was recovered by the victim. Milburn was arrested by Deputy Warren Forinash and charged with Home Invasion, Armed Robbery, First-Degree Assault and Theft less than $100. Case # 27527-20
Assault: On May 1, 2020, Deputy Blake Haas responded to the 44500 block of Watson Lane in Leonardtown for the report of an assault. The victim advised that Penelope Xiomara Reynolds, 29 of Leonardtown, struck the victim in the chest and neck area and Deputy Haas observed visible injuries on the victim. Reynolds was arrested and charged with Second-Degree Assault. Case # 27236-20
Assault: On May 1, 2020, Deputy Nicholas Hill responded to the 38000 block of Indian Creek Drive in Charlotte Hall for the report of a disturbance. The victim advised the deputy that Timothy John Nara, 26 of Charlotte Hall, grabbed the victim's arm in an attempt to take the victim's cellphone and was wrestled to the ground. Visible injuries were observed on the victim and Nara was later located and arrested for Second-Degree Assault. Case # 27181-20
False Statement: On May 1, 2020, Deputy Thomas Snyder responded to the 45900 block of Great Mills Court in Lexington Park for the report of an assault. Curtis William Richardson, 26 of Lexington Park, called the St. Mary's County Emergency Communications Center to report he was being kidnapped, assaulted and sexually assaulted. It appears Richardson's motive for filing this false police report was to have a subject removed from his residence due to an ongoing dispute. Richardson was arrested, transported to the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center in Leonardtown and charged with False Statement to Officer. Case # 27200-20
CDS Possession: On May 1, 2020, Deputy Jessica Wilson observed a vehicle parked at the Lexington Park Ford dealership with the operator passed out in the driver's seat with the headlights on and engine running. Deputy Wilson made contact with the operator, Roger Lee Corder II, 35 of Park Hall, whose speech was slurred during the conversation. Corder refused to take field sobriety tests and while being processed at the St. Mary's County Detention and Rehabilitation Center, two crack rocks wrapped in cigarette box plastic wrap fell out of his sock. Corder was charged with CDS: Possession Not Marijuana and Possession of Contraband in a Place of Confinement. Case # 27065-20
Assault: On May 2, 2020, Deputy Benjamin Luffey responded to the 23400 block of South Patuxent Beach Road in California for the report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival, Deputy Luffey found the victim standing on the front porch of the home bleeding profusely from the nose. Deputy Luffey located and arrested Kaitlyn Rochelle Quispehuaman, 26 of California, and she was charged with Second-Degree Assault. Case # 27295-20
Theft: On May 2, 2020, Deputy Joseph Bowling responded to the California Walmart store for the report of a theft. The store's loss prevention associate advised that Ronisha Breana Severe, 25 of Bushwood, paid for some items at the self checkout but did not pay for others. Severe was charged with Theft: $100 to $1,500. Case # 27368-20
