Nobody is to blame!
Global warming caused the earth to swell up, plus, according to some, the entire East Coast is sinking!!! we need more tax money!!
PLUS, math is hard! all those numbers and inches and kilothingies were hard for the diversity college grads to absorb!!
PLUS, fixing the problem isn't that hard. Look, get some Mexican hard working proud workers to grab acetylene torches and trim 2" off the bottom edges of the cross beamy thingies, and get some Craftsman hydraulic jacks and lift the bridge, like on Maine Cabin Masters...
OR, trim the tops of all the trains coming thru Baltimore! OR, deflate the tires before they go under the bridge.
