In addition, he used Marylands rainy day fund to send left over CoVid test kits from a former Governors stash locked away and $62 million to set up methadone clinics. One of the things about narcan is that it kind of scrubs any opioids out of the brain. That means that the effective level is much lower. Luckily most druggies don’t account for this and go back the their old effective levels, they have a tendency to OD on the next trip. It’s just putting off the inevitable.
