I guess I’m wondering why Marylanders would vote to go back under a D governor when the current R governor is so popular? Or why didn’t the current Lt. Gov run? Is it because Larry is planning to run for Pres in 2024 and wants to have Rutherford run with him?

I’m not looking forward to Maryland turning back around for the worst under D leadership again.
