2nd. Dr. Cox did a procedure on my shoulder many years ago, no issues. They are also my ortho for my knees. It wasn't for shoulder but I know a couple folks, and myself, that used this place.
Dr. Travis here has been helping me AVOID surgery on my wrist for a few years now. He's great to work with, as is their staff. He specializes in hand and wrist and upper extremity, but looks like Dr. Johnson is their shoulder specialist. Good luck @RoseRed ...or to whoever you're helping if it's for them.It wasn't for shoulder but I know a couple folks, and myself, that used this place.

Dr. Atiemo did both of my knees. He is the GOAT of orthopedic surgeons in my view. I'm not sure he does shoulders. I have heard great things about Dr. Johnson also.Emmanuel Atiemo in Leonardtown. Not sure if he does shoulder work, but he replaced my knee. Love him!
If he doesnt do shoulders, he will reccomend someone who does, and I would have to believe they would have a similar way of conducting themselves.
And before you know it someone will be asking for recommendations for a mortician….30 years ago we'd be recommending great places to eat, drink and visit to each other.
Now its for broken or worn out body parts.
