Strung Out
...when we ship, we gen an invoice in QBooks for the driver and then I need to e mail the same thing to the receiving folks at the destination. QB allows me to designate a contact for the e mail so, when I select 'e mail invoice' I don't have to select who it goes to. But I can only pick one e mail addy.

Customer keeps adding more and more people to receive the thing, be cc'd, and it changes so, I am looking for a way to assign a 'group' where, in as few clicks as possible, I can set the current group and have all 243,961 :)banghead:) of them get cc'd.

I also need several groups as the group to be cc's changes depending on the receiving location.

Help! :jameo:

You can create distribution lists in outlook. I can walk you through it if you need me to. :coffee:

Just set up the group in outlook/designate a name for that group and use that as your designated contact in QB.

That or export from QB into excel and send it out via outlook that way.
