That can't possibly true, and is in fact, racist. Cops only kill black people, and it's to the point that it's purely a wonder that there are any black people left.

Actually, since this kind of thing only happens in the United States, we may have to import more blacks, lest they go completely extinct in this part of the world.

1) Agreed, however, it takes two to tango. Cops, generally, act like an occupying army, and criminals behave badly instead of cooperating with the po-po and having their day in court. It's a vicious cycle, and a chicken-and-egg kind of thing.
