What is the over/under on election signs coming down especially for those who lost?
Seems reasonable.Isn't there a law that they have to be down by a certain time? That should be enforced, and any candidate who ignores it should get life in a federal prison.
You could have just wrote Miracle Whip.hurl spoiled mayonnaise at them.
Not sure if that applies to EVERYWHERE or just polling stations.. Hollywood FD was 100% clean the next morning (other than the chalk outline).8am the day after election.
If they fail to remove the billboards of shame, the losing candidate must be placed in the stocks in Annapolis Square and made to suffer as small children and dwarves hurl spoiled mayonnaise and moldy cheese at them.
I'm of a mind their shouldn't be any, or candidates, within 1/4 mile of polling places. The signs at all the polling places should have been removed within 24 hours.
It used to be 7 days after the election. Then the Maryland Court of Appeals reinterpreted that (as well as how soon prior to the election they could go up). Essentially they're legal for as long as the candidate wants them up. I know the link doesn't say that but it's ignored because of 1st Amendment issues.8am the day after election.
