For the last week, been noticing some bigger birds flying around my yard about this time every evening. Was finally able to confirm yesterday they are young owls. Finally got a good picture this evening.

Those look like some Superb Owls.

We have a least 3 in our neighborhood you can hear them in the early morning and at dusk, they triangulate with their hooting One hoots then another further away then the last one even further away pretty cool been going on for at least three months. One of them I've seen right by the house looks like a flying 20-gallon trash can, yeah, it's that big!
