Too bad there aren't more judges like this one!!!!:evil:

But this doesn't make sense b/c there is no set language in the US. France has French, Mexico has Spanish, Germany has German, Brazil has Portuguese, China has Mandarin.... but the US does not. English is not the set language in the US. You have to learn the other languages. I just never understood that the US never set English as it language.

Essentially this ruling is unconstitutional and if they understand that can appeal.

Not to seem sarcastic but after reading that sentence, I couldn't help but think that you could use a bit of help too.

When someone says you're in America, learn English I am compelled to correct them, they are usually suprised and then they think I'm not patriotic. Ugh!

Is it that hard to have English as the official language of the US?
