At this point I don't care what they do. The People have spoken and this is what they want. I say give it to them and pop some corn. 
Youngsters who think they want Socialism - let them have it and ha ha. Nitwits who vote for Democrats because Chelsea Handler was paid to tell them to - ha ha. Let them have what they say they want.

I agree with you in principle, but not in actual outcome. The outcome results in half of this country losing their voice, losing their right to keep and bear, losing their right to freely exercise their faith, yada yada... All that you hold dear, as a conservative - while is it currently under attack by leftist fascists - will be lost through a Supreme Court that is designed as a social justice court; a court that will do everything counter to the constitution. But, only to one side - CONSERVATIVES! The left has already deemed the right as evil bigots, insurgents, and traitors. We will be their target. You will be on the suffering end of this.

I care, I care a lot. If they are allowed to get away with this, there is nothing they cannot get away with. Quite literally ----nothing.
It would change the basic form of our Government to allow the Legislative Branch to totally politicize another branch.
Isn't it bad enough we have an old senile crook passing laws with Executive Orders by the dozens, without having politics in charge of the Supreme court. The separate Branches are becoming more and more one Branch run by despots.
It's not like the Supreme Court isn't already hazily political, 9 lifetime appointments are plenty we don't need 20, or 30 and each time we get a different party elected they add enough more to get control.
And remember this CONTROL IS WHAT THIS IS ALL ABOUT.
It's blatant The Democrats cheated us out of a legal election, they want to give the right to vote to illegals, tehy are doing all they can to destroy our election system, they want to disarm us., they want to tax us into the poor house and it is for Power and Control

No I won't. I'm almost 60, so my time on this earth is on the downslope. Plus I don't live in or visit the cities/states that are the proving grounds for Socialism. By the time it comes around to people like me I'll be long gone and the kiddies can have at it.
America is not the first country/empire to fall and we won't be the last. Humans always screw up a good thing - always - and it was only a matter of time for us.

I have children and grandchildren and I want something better than a country run by power mad politicians who are greedy rich MF'ers and seek power .

Check out the House and Senate, sweetie. Those are excellent indicators of what people want for this country. A bunch of Marxists and Deep Staters - and that goes for both parties.
This country isn't mine to bequeath. If young people want the land of opportunity America I grew up in it's up to them to fight to keep it that way. My "kiddies" are mid- & late-30s adults who are fully capable of taking control of their own lives.
It's a group effort and if the group says Marxism and the destruction of democracy, then that's what it shall be. If the group decides that reality TV and recreational drugs are more important than freedom, that's what it shall be.

They managed to push so much fear into Americans over COVID that they were able to get law-enforcement to arrest people for daring to have gatherings at their homes. They made laws and rules that destroyed nearly every freedom we hold dear. They managed to destroy businesses that "didn't count" while allowing businesses that did to thrive. We're forced to wear these stupid f###ing masks. And let's not forget what they were able to get the FBI to do to Trump and his people.
When they can control law-enforcement to the level we've seen, you're not going to convince me they won't be able to get their cooperation when the courts are in the palm of their hands.

EVEN Pelosi is dismissing this effort and has said she won't bring it to the floor. Biden is not behind it either. They already know they're in deep crap over in Congress. The best thing to happen out of Trump losing the POTUS in 2020 is that he will help to ROUT Congress (at least the HOUSE) in 2022.
They might as well slit their throats right now.
