Done daily behind closed doors as well as on the street and in the stores.
What irritates me most is when/if the time comes everyone stops laughing, when children are no longer pre-school. Phase two is usually parent/s start hitting to get them to stop doing what they had taught them. So it won't come back on them later.

Well understood your original point, mitzi. My point was strictly that whoever is raising this kid really don't deserve any more chance than they have already been given.
This kid will turn out just like his environment.

Before anyone freaks out at me saying this, really think it through...
Is that child really being ABUSED by being taught to say cuss words?
Would you agree with removing a child from this home to be a ward of the state?
It looks well fed, there are no signs of physical abuse, and appears to have acceptable shelter.
If we start taking kids out of homes because their parents are idiots then we're really opening up a whole new can of worms.

No there's not. The "mother" is a thug who hangs with thugs and is raising a thug. It's exactly what we thought when we saw the first video.
But! Can I just say? 16 year old ghetto slut, but you notice how nicely she speaks? No Ebonics, just a slight accent?
