Panhandlers have just gotten lazy

Ok they were always lazy, but some neck beard at Walmart has his mom travelling around Walmarts parking lot with a walker, she was doing it when I went in and still doing it when I came out.

My mom has a hard time getting from a handicapped space to the front door, this women keeps doing laps in Walmarts parking lot.

I made my trash run a few minutes ago and noticed how light traffic was. And none of the regular panhandlers were at 235/4.

I won't go to Walmart after dark, the panhandlers are not always there, but scary when they are. I guess security is too expensive for Walmart.

Walmart's security in St. Mary's County, and elsewhere, are its Sheriff's Deputies when they are called.

Besides, Walmart already knows who everyone is who enters their stores by way of facial recognition and the cell phones people carry. That's where they have spent their "security" money.
