I would think that appearing on someone's property ,going to their porch and stealing their package would be Prima facie evidence that the person who has them on camera has permission to do so. If they do not wish to be photographed, stay the F off their property.

The pigs probably want case law established to prevent people from filming them.

I’m sure our armed agents of the State here will get some ideas from this.

Not ideal, but I assume posting a sign warning that the property has video surveillance should be enough to clear any legal hurdles.

Can't have an expectation of privacy when you are clearly warned.
