Eats tires almost as bad as gas but, one damn good bike. Maintained by the book, zero break downs, no runs, no drips, no errors.

Just needs cruise, a bigger tank and toons. Maybe if I look around enough, there is a CD player hidden I just never noticed?

Getting ready for the 24k service here.. On my third set of tires, XM works great, cruise control isn't used as much as I thought it would (just don't make it to the slab very often), and other than my seat slipping out of the high buckets, zero issues.

There's always a segment to or from where just a few minutes of cruise would be nice. Went all the way to Greensboro without it, 11 hours, 500 miles. Of course, that trip was lean pretty much every last mile! :yahoo:

How big is the tank? That's my only beef with my dresser; ~150 miles between gas stops and 3.4 gallons to fill it every time.

4.5. Average around 35-37 mpg. Pretty much what you describe, 150 miles and I'm getting gas station conscious.

Took it to 170 miles one time and put 4.3 gallons in it. :yikes:

I'll be rolling over 5K this weekend on a Skyline Drive trip with a buddy. Bought mine in the spring and love every minute I spend on it. Hate when I have to drive the truck for almost any reason.

The last couple weeks have been beautiful, and I've had a miserable cold, didn't even have the strength to hold the bike upright.

Hope to be right as rain soon, hope the weather holds out for a couple more weeks!

I've turned 37,000 miles on mine this Summer. I'm on my 3rd rear tire but I still have the original tire on the front and it still has tread on it...
