Bowtie pasta with chunked salami, kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, seeded diced cucumbers, and feta cheese. Then you toss it with caesar dressing.

I do a cold tuna pasta salad that always gets a lot of raves...especially from men for some reason.

1 box of pasta shells cooked
2-3 cans of tuna drained
1 red onion diced fine
4 celery stalks diced
1 T dill relish
2 tsp sweet relish
1/2 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4-1/2 cup sour cream
lots of black pepper
2-3 tsp old bay

Mix everything together until well combined then sprinkle w/ additional old bay.

That looks really good. I'm not a huge pasta salad fan - most people put way too much pasta and not enough stuff that actually has flavor.

This triggered a desire for tuna.

YES! I've made this for events before (sans old bay) and the men destroy it like they do deviled eggs!

I like bowtie pasta, small fresh mozerella balls, halved cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, fresh basil. easy.

Ha ha deviled eggs are another kryptonite for men

diced pepperoni
small diced mozzarella or provolone cheese
blanched broccoli florets
halved cherry tomatoes

mix the oil & vinegar then pour it over the other ingredients. Let everything rest about 2 hours for the flavors to blend. Just before serving shake some Mc Cormicks Salad Supreme over the salad.

I have this marinating in my friend right now, with the exception of green pepper.

It is delicious!

For dinner a couple nights ago: Left over Barb-b-que chicken cut into small pieces, a little onion, bowtie pasta, chopped pepperoni, sun dried tomatoes (in oil, drained), artichoke hearts, black olives, green olives and some Italian (or greek) dressing.
Some mozzarella or provalone cheese and fresh tomatoes would have been good in it. Even without, it was quite tasty.

Any left overs?
