So, I am understanding that the patent is on the name, "Tebowing" coupled with the kneeling position. It is however, very confusing, as are most things once lawyers get involved. (I still say the world would be better off with a lot less of them.)
How sad that we are at the point that someone feels that a trademark needs to be put on a kneeling gesture. Our world is truly, truly messed up!

That's what I got from it. I am not a religious person and things like this are the main reason. What the people in "visible religious positions" (I cannot think of a better term) not the ideas. Patenting prayer....really? Because I am sure Jesus would be all for that regardless of your stated intentions.
