Made a kick-ass lasagna, in the oven now. Most of the way thru a big 'ol glass of red wine while I'm waiting.

Yep. Steel head tastes exactly like salmon to me. I'll bet the real fresh caught are much better. This was not bad though.

My son and I went out on the boat with Pete this afternoon and had dinner at the FroYo place in Wildewood.

Sea salt caramel pretzel with hot fudge - um, yeah....

We had Jamaican jerk chicken with corn and tomatoes. It was excellent but now I'm craving a sweet. I wish we had dill pickles in the house because one bite of dill turns off the sweet cravings.

I had a piece of Smith Island cake and a glass of milk.
