Pax River Manpower Reduction Update

Ever since I retired from Pax River in 1999 they've had "manpower reductions" every year and the total base employment has kept on increasing. You suppose anything's different this time?

Nope, I think you're right on. It's seems like the more the media hypes up the supposed reductions, the more people/commands get moved here.

Pay attention to who brought this into the spotlight. Could this possibly, just by chance, be one of those even numbered years we call an "election year?"

Isn't it amazing how there's one whole year where some things don't make the news, then the next year everything is a crisis, and there are all of these knights in shining armor to help us?
