NOBEL peace laureate Betty Williams displayed a flash of her feisty Irish spirit yesterday, lashing out at US President George W.Bush during a speech to hundreds of schoolchildren.

Obviously, she would not be compelled to say that stuff if Bush was not a monstrous, imperialistic war-monger.


Seriously, I did find this intriguing...

She must not realize that, under Hussein, the babies would have received nothing. He would, instead, divert the money for medicines and doctors into the bank account for his next palace. Not to mention that if Hussein had not acted like a wacko there would be no need for embargos in the first place.

And the sanctions imposed were done so by the collective voice of the world, namely the UN and not the USA. Where is her outrage towards Kofi Annan, Boutros Boutros-Ghali and Javier Perez de Cuellar, after all they placed the sanction and kept them going?

I see so many people here in St. Mary's County die with cancer. We are a hot spot for cancer, no one seems to know why nor does the Government seem to care. Does this woman really believe two more cancer drugs would save these kids?? I certainly dont know I am not a Doctor. I have seen people with cancer that have been Chemo'ed radiated, given doses of medicine that take the hair off their bodies, been cut from one end to the other and gutted. They have been treated by the best Doctors available with the best medicines available and still they die.

I have sympathy for these kids, but I seriously doubt more medicine would save them.
This lady has let her emotions rule her common sense, and of course the only thing to do in that situation is to blame George Bush. Why not everyone else does. After all didnt George Bush cause Katrina? Didnt he make the poor people in Lebanon wait two days for rescue? Wasnt it his fault I got caught in the rain saturday night?

I love this one...

Everybody knows that I can't stand to see Giant "Super Sized" Trucks being used as daily transportation. That is true, but what happened the other day taught me a valuable lesson.

I was driving to work and I pulled up behind this Huge Dodge Mega Cab with a "W" sticker right on the upper edge of the tail gate. I thought to myself, "Typical Bush Lover driving his 9 mile per gallon Super Truck"

Then as I pulled closer to the big rig, I could see that there was small print below the "W" that said "Worst Ever". Then I quickly forgave the gentleman in his oversized vehicle. Ok, he is driving a pathetic vehicle, but at least he got his politics straight.

Like I always say, there are plenty of good people who drive really stupid vehicles.

So you hate them until you find out they don't like Bush. Nice to know what really matters to you.

And then...

Al Gore and the Tree Huggers have made great strides in recent years. I mean the "Biggie Sized" SUV has already gone into extinction. Yes, there remain SUVs on the road, but no one is buying them any more. Just call up your local Hummer dealer if you don't believe me. Now we only have to teach people that "Super Sized" pickup trucks are even worse than SUV's. If you own an SUV just think about how much you actually use the extra passenger space. Probably not much, but even so you probably use it more often than the empty space in the back of a pickup truck.

The only reason big SUVs aren't doing well is because of gas prices

Lets see why do i drive a pickup truck. It wouldnt have anything to do with a Scion wont pull a trailer would it? It wouldnt have anything to do with a 4X8 sheet of plywood wont fit in a Corolla would it? It would have anything to do with the fact that I can get almost a ton of Dirt in the back would it?

In the first place its none of her F'ing business why people choose their vehicles., and another thing what does she drive? I believe i can bet the farm it isnt a Hybrid. Huffington is a big mouthed foreigner that was so bad in bed she turned her husband queer., and I should give a damn that she doesnt like what I drive? She can kiss my tailgate

Nooo... they are not doing well because Gore's "Inconvenient Truth" convinced millions that their SUV's are killing every living thing within a hundred miles.
