What love is all about
So my oldest girl was sitting with me tonight looking at the ultrasound pictures from her baby brother or sister. I keep trying to tell her that it is her brother. Well she's looking at them and we are pointing to the things in the pictures telling her what everything is so maybe she can see them like we do. (Sidenote I want to tell her the correct name for all of the body parts, man it took forever for me to tell her she had a va-jay-jay) Not sure what words I can say on here but I used the techincal term for it. Anyways off track, so I am telling her about her brother's little boy parts and telling her that is how we know he is a boy and not a girl. When I tell her what it is called she looks up at me and goes Peanuts?????? Man I wanted to bust out laughing but did not want her to think she had done something wrong or anything. So I was wondering how did everyone else's kids react to the naming of their body parts?

My little one just calls them "Privates". Seems not so cute but it works.

Ut Oh, :killingme I have to laugh at that one. Seems when my niece was younger many many years ago. My SIL was telling her anatomy terms to all her body parts, she was 31/2-4 yr old. Well her grandmother had her for the day while shopping and she was telling and pointing this out to anyone in range. Well needless to say, After embarassing her Grandmother a few times, my neice went home with a few new vocabulary words for mom. Be careful, this could backfire on you depending on her age.

Wenis, my son claimed he had a weinis. He also knew that babies came from a uterus and not a belly, tummy or stomach.

Haa Haa, my daughter also calls her little brother privates, peanuts and she has a jinna. To funny. I really get a chuckle when she tells my husband he has peanuts too. Makes me laugh every time.
