Hey all,
I had a cookie this afternoon and I'm trying to figure out what it's called. The lady who brought them didn't have the recipe, because she bought them from someone else.
The cookie was triangular (I'm sure shape doesn't really matter), with a shortbread type crust. The crust was thin (maybe 1/4" or so) and kinda crunchy. Looks like it is a sheet/bar cookie. There were chopped pecans on the top, and powdered sugar on top of that.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? They were and I'd love to get the recipe.
