I wish these two would explain to me how this will reduce the price at the pump. Oil Companies will just raise the price and continue making record profits.

Certainly we are suffering from years of a failed energy policy. The policy the Democrats have forced on us by not alowing drilling where the oil is and by not being allowed to create synthetic fuels.

Yes: they did and we have yet to see results. What is this fuel economy going to cost us in lives with the tiny new cars they insist on,what are the other things going to cost us, she is bragging on a new standard that we have yet to see the result of.

And all this time she will have her bony Azz sitting in a government owned SUV with Secret Service protection and flying around in a Government jet. Let's see her ride around in a tiny piece of tin and see how she likes it.

So when the tax breaks are yanked away they will pass th eextra cost on to the consumers thus effectively raising prices at the pump.

Meanwhile they will screw around for years trying to eek another 3mpg out of a soybean.
