I own a house here, we built/purchased last year, in February. I love it, we have a pretty large lot, and I have not found any weird or odd things in my yard, or when they were building our house and clearing the land.

If you're interested, I can refer you and I think you might get some freebies(upgrades) out of it, PM me if you're interested, I am not sure.
