Pence walks out on NFL. PR stunt costs taxpayers $250,000

God bless the USA
I don’t think you know the meaning of the word prioritize.

If you cared so much for the troops as you claim you would not have voted for a man with such disregard for them.
I will ask you again about Hillary. Do you, honestly, think that Hillary would have cared about our troops? Let's see. We have Benghazi, her support of the Iran deal, and her selling of 20% of US Uranium to Russians. Why don't you get that Hillary was not good for you? At least, Trump is a patriot. That I do know. Even though, I don't particularly like him, I do know he is a patriot. And he is up against decades of corruptness in our government. Talk about a wall! :banghead:

It's still my belief they let those poor bastards in Benghazi out to die, because they didn't want anyone finding out what they were up to.
Then they made up a stupid cover story - which otherwise served no purpose - to keep it quiet.
Then they told the men on the ground to shut up about what they did.

He spent $250,000 of taxpayer money for a PR stunt at the direction of his boss while he was on the clock and being paid.

That is the definition of a paid protestor.

Government officials should be and at one point where above participating in stupid stunts like this.

Him And the president should be focused on
The rise of white nationalism
The fires on the west coast
The hurricane damage in Texas and Florida and Puerto Rico
Deescalating tensions with N Korea.
And whatvstarted this whole thing excessive force by a few of our nations police.
That is what real leaders would be doing.
Funny how something not true is number one on your list. Why don't you just say it, "I don't want white people in my world".

Him And the president should be focused on
The rise of white nationalism Fake news
The fires on the west coast There are other people who take care of that, not the president
The hurricane damage in Texas and Florida and Puerto Rico There are people who take care of that, too
Deescalating tensions with N Korea. He's on it, babe. Don't you get any news in your world?
And whatvstarted this whole thing excessive force by a few of our nations police. That's not a POTUS job, either
That is what real leaders would be doing.
Oh, and it's "HE and the president...", you illiterate baboon.

It's amazing to me how many durhards there are in this country who don't understand what the President actually does, and what is handled by other entities. I guess after 8 years of Obama where they were led to believe the President of the United States' main job was to provide them with free phones, they no longer understand how government works.

Conservative talk show host Rush Limbaugh on Wednesday voiced concerns about President Trump's comments on NFL players taking a knee during the national anthem to protest racial injustice, saying Trump should not have the power to dictate who can kneel during the anthem.

"There’s a part of this story that’s starting to make me nervous, and it’s this: I am very uncomfortable with the president of the United States being able to dictate the behavior and power of anybody. That’s not where this should be coming from," Limbaugh said on his show.

Limbaugh said he believed Trump's motives were "pure," but he argued that the president's actions were unhelpful in the broader debate on players kneeling.

"Trump is continually tweeting — I know what he’s doing, and I understand why he’s doing it, and his motives are pure; don’t misunderstand. But I don’t think that it is useful or helpful for any employee anywhere to be forced to do something because the government says they must," he continued.

Rush is mostly correct. Where he's wrong is the implication that because Trump said something it now actually is some kind of government mandate.

The players have the right to kneel and I will support to the death that right. The owners and NFL have the right to bench them for it and I will defend that right the same. Trump tweeted his opinion and because he is president that's a touchy situation, but he never mandated a thing about it.

How come you can’t just ignore them like you do the death of people at the hands of police?

1 death by excessive force is too much. Will you admit that there has been at least one instance of excessive use of force and lack of consequences for the police or their superiors?

sure but what is the cost benefit analysis

you and your kind would turn the country upside down, have us living in caves ... to 'prevent' a single death from cancer

You really are stupid. Last eeek you were scramming about Trump doing a tremendous Job in PR. Now it’s someone else’s job?

Why is he still tweeting about? Why did he visit then?

You still haven't answered my question?
Have you been murdered?

Or raped?

I bet you are against both rape and murder. You don’t have to experience something to know it exists.

I donate money and time to causes that I think are worthy. Just because I never served in the military doesn’t negate my opinions

So the opinions of the millions and millions of Americans aren't valid unless they have served? You are a POS if you believe that and if you think your service puts you above criticism.

Have you been able to find a way to have voted for HRC and still be supportive of troops? Think Benghazi. Think of Syria
Clinton on tyrannical maniac Bashar Assad said:
"There’s a different leader in Syria now. Many of the members of Congress of both parties who have gone to Syria in recent months have said they believe he’s a reformer."
How about Veterans benefits? Clinton's "strong" VA reform was - more of the same. She flatly refused to even consider allowing veterans to go outside the VA for treatment, knowing the VA was essentially broken.

I mean, let's be serious here.
