If that's what you learned from 9/11, I'm guessing you did very poorly in school. As in, you learned that the color 3 smells funny. That's the same amount of sense as tying Iraq to 9/11. No government leadership tied those things together.

From what I read, it was allowed because he obtained a hunting licence.
