People Can’t Drive!

I thought I was seeing things the first time I saw that. Do these people rub one out in the car? I just don't get it unless they feel the need to "multitask" everything.

I felt the same, it was like, Kris did you see that? And I slowed down, yep its porn....
Driving back home from Herdon almost everytime...

Spring Ridge is Lexington Park? It seems like half the county is Lexington Park.

Yeah, lot bigger than most think... the area outlined in red is all LP, just not "LP City". :)

I didnt find Pittsburgh that bad, unless it changed in the last 20 years. Not been there since Three Rivers Stadium existed though.
it was ugly. they could give DC drivers a run for their money. Still can't touch ma$$holes for driving like idigts

The driving here isn't the same, yea DC and up I-95 the drivers are *******s and very aggressive, but in SOMD they also seem to be very in attentive, distracted, and just plain incompetent at a greater level.

The drivers on I-95 in FL between Ft Lauderdale and Miami were the most aggressive I've seen.

I was driving to work at Lowe's about then.
Was amazed at the number of emergency headed south on 3 Notch past the intersection with Great Mills.

Also been meaning to say something about this. I've noticed people are pushing the yellow more and more lately. Cant tell you how many I seen enter the intersection when my light has just turned green. Every time I stop for a red I wonder if I'm going to get rear ended by someone trying to get through the light.

UFB! That intersection needs to be changed to a traffic circle.
Seriously. :yay:

I dont' go down that way often but it doesn't seem like it should be as collision prone as it is.

What is it with that intersection?

I go into work and out of work via gate 3 daily. I've noticed the traffic light and turn arrows don't always operate the same way all the time. I've seen people expecting an arrow turn across traffic when the light turns green for both directions and almost collide.

I knew the owner of the first house there on Forrest Park road, he would end up with cars in his yard quite often.

That happened to me once. I was coming from Hermanville, turning left onto 235 NB. I didn't realize that oncoming traffic had the same green light and if it wasn't a cop that "whooped" me with his siren, we would have collided. I have NEVER done that again!

Can anyone provide an over head picture of the intersection in question for analysis of what being discussed for those not of the area?

I chalk up most of the accidents at that intersection (of most intersections for that matter) to driver negligence of basic driving etiquette. The intersection in question is light-controlled and there is plenty of viewable roadway from every angle.

I thought when KMart went out of business.... the bad drivers would stop getting a license!

Now I don't know where they are getting them..... Amazon?

Ah ha ha....
