anyone know any personal trainers in so. md?
I don't know too too much about her yet, but from what I've seen so far, I would say call Stacy at ProFitness in Wildewood and set up a consult... See what you think before you proceed, that is, match philosophies and such...

Don't need a personal trainer to exercise. All you need is yourself. Motivate yourself. Never needed someone to tell me how to exercise, etc. Read some books on diet and proper exercise.

Some people actually benefit from a personal trainer. Not everyone is able to motivate themselves. I have a few friends that use a personal trainer and they love it...say it keeps them focused and makes exercising fun for them.

:yeahthat: But even beyond that, when I did some sessions with a personal trainer, she showed me how to exercise properly. Before, I gave up quickly at the gym because it just sucked. My settings on the equipment was all wrong, and even without the equipment she taught me how to recognize when I was pushing too hard or not pushing hard enough. Plus if you exercise certain muscles the wrong way (tummies) you actually give yourself a bigger belly rather than a smaller one.

She's with child now or I'd recommend her.

Mark Dale at Profitness in Wildewood is a great trainer and the manager of the gym. He will be on vacation for the next couple weeks on his Honeymoon though.

What is the cost of working with a personal trainer at Balenger Personal Fitness?
You would need to contact him directly - the price is related to your goals, type of workout, number of sessions, etc. He is a great guy and very easy to work with - WARNING: He is fond of the word sixty - not as in dollars - as in reps.

Kerry is the best trainer in the area! She will NOT make you do 60 of anything - unless you really want to. But - she is motivating, funny and one of the nicest people you will ever meet! :huggy:
