Pet Friendly Hotels/Inns/Resorts

Do you know of any?

I've been searching for a day trip and thought staying over for the night might be nice...however finding a location that is accomodating to pets is very difficult.

I thought it might be worthwhile to compile a list of ANY pet friendly locations at this point.

Go to Hotels, Rooms, Reservations, Hotel Lodging, Motels - Choice Hotels and put pet friendly in the search engine.

Okay, I'll reclarify and state again, that I've been doing a lot of searching, which includes online searching and follow-up telephone calls.

What I am looking for right now, by asking my original question, is people's first hand experiences with actual locations that were pet friendly.

Because as I am discovering, a location may be listed as pet friendly through a search engine, but when you actually access their website, that location states that they do not allow pets. Even better, they make no mention of their pet policy at all, and when contacted they state their policy is no pets. :eyebrow:

I stay at Red Roof Inn when I travel with my dogs. I believe most, if not all, are pet friendly.

We stayed at a Days Inn with no problems. There was no size or number limit and only a $10.00 fee per dog.

LaQuinta Inns are normally pet friendly. They even advertise it. Many Holliday Inns and Holliday Inn Expresses are also.
