Meanwhile everyone company wide only got 2% raises because a few sectors did really bad last year and we all have to suffer. So basically I'm doing someone else's work while mine is piling up on my desk (because we know no one else is going to do it for me) right after they gave me an insult for a raise after busting my butt the past year....
