The Calvert Coalition of Pet Groups is sponsoring a pet Spay/Neuter Clinic from 9am to 5pm on Sunday, March 16, at the Calvert Animal Welfare League, located at 1040 Theater Drive in Prince Frederick.
The CCPG is a coalition of nonprofit rescue and adoption groups, working together to control pet overpopulation in our communities.
The Promise Wagon, owned by two veterinarians, is a mobile vet clinic fully licensed and inspected by the state of Maryland. Lower fees cover the costs for spay/neuter, tests, shots, microchips and other services. Grant funding is available if needed.
