Pets Offered Luxury Lifestyle After Owners Die!

I read somewhere that many state are passing laws allowing trust funds to be set up for pets for after their owners die. Many people have done this in the past but they sometimes get challenged by greedy relitives. These laws would prevent challenges. Its already been abused though, by a trust manager who replaced a cat several times after the original died to keep her fee coming in.
