The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal collision that occurred in Fort Washington early Friday morning. The deceased driver in one of the involved vehicles is 23-year-old Marcus Willis of Oxon Hill.
On November 29, 2024, at approximately 12:00 am, officers responded to Indian Head Highway and Old Fort Road for a collision involving two vehicles. Willis was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased a short time later. The injuries of the other involved driver and additional passengers are not considered life-threatening.
The preliminary investigation revealed the two vehicles collided in the intersection of Indian Highway and Old Fort Road. The cause of the collision is under investigation.
