PGPD PGPD Investigating Fatal Pedestrian Collision

The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal pedestrian collision that occurred Wednesday night in Temple Hills. The deceased pedestrian is 56-year-old Kilinia Rhone of Temple Hills.

On March 5, 2025, at approximately 9:30 pm, officers responded to the 4700 block of St. Barnabas Road for a collision involving a pedestrian. Officers located the victim in the roadway suffering from trauma. He was pronounced deceased on the scene.

The preliminary investigation revealed the involved driver struck the pedestrian in the northbound lanes of St. Barnabas Road. The driver remained on scene and was not injured.
