PGPD PGPD Investigating Fatal Shooting in College Park

Detectives are working to determine the circumstances that led to a fatal shooting Thursday evening in College Park. The decedent is 28-year-old Christopher Ryan Harrison of Camp Springs. Preliminarily, detectives do not believe this was a random shooting.


On October 1st, at approximately 5:10 pm, patrol officers responded to the 4800 block of Berwyn House Road for a shooting. The decedent was located in a parking lot suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
