The Prince George’s County Police Department is investigating a sexual assault in College Park Monday night.
On September 16th, at approximately 8:30 pm, the adult female victim was walking in the area of College Avenue and Columbia Avenue when she says the suspect approached her from behind and knocked her to the ground. He then sexually assaulted the victim and ran from the area.
There is no suspect description at this time. This is the only reported crime of this nature in this area.
