The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Special Operations Division regrets to inform you of the untimely passing of active duty K9 Loki. Loki was the faithful partner of Corporal Joe Ward.

Loki served as a patrol and drug detection dog from 2013 until his death on Friday, August 13th. Throughout his career, Loki successfully located several dangerous suspects and recovered large amounts of narcotics. Loki provided patrol assistance to FedEx Field, National Harbor and other events throughout the County.

Agente de la Unidad Canina “Loki” Fallece

La División de Operaciones Especiales del Departamento de la Policía del Condado de Prince George’s lamenta informarle del fallecimiento del agente K9 activo, Loki. Loki era el fiel compañero del Cpl. Joe Ward.

Loki fungió como agente canino de patrullaje y detección de drogas desde el 2013 hasta su fallecimiento el pasado viernes 13 de agosto. A lo largo de su vida y carrera como perro policía, Loki localizó a varios sospechosos peligrosos y ayudó a recuperar grandes cuantías de narcóticos. Loki ayudaba a patrullar áreas como FedEx Field, National Harbor y otras cedes de eventos a lo largo del Condado.

Al momento de su muerte, Loki tenía 9 años y medio.
