So when I'm up north of Philly, I watch the local news. Always at least one thing...... In this case, they just graduated 75 new officers. Whom evidently are going to be tossed into Kensington. Which you might know from multiple "drug zombie" videos.

Chief during the graduation event. "Theres no handbook on shutting down an open air drug market, you will write it."

Hmmm, pretty sure arresting and jailing the dealers is Step One.

Well Arresting and jailing the dealers, That would work if they had a judge and an Attorney General who would back them up.

Well Arresting and jailing the dealers, That would work if they had a judge and an Attorney General who would back them up.

^This^ Cops risk their lives going after the death merchants, just to have the AG refuse to charge and a judge throw the whole thing out. You'd have to be pretty stupid to want to be a cop somewhere like that.
