Sinclair Broadcast Group, T. Rowe Price, McCormick Named to 2021 List
ANNAPOLIS, MD—Governor Larry Hogan was hosted today by Sinclair Broadcast Group for a celebration of Sinclair, McCormick, and T.Rowe Price being named to the 2021 Fortune 500 list, marking the first time in a decade that companies in the Greater Baltimore region have been ranked among the 500 largest companies in the nation.
“Nothing better symbolizes the strength of Maryland’s economy and the power of our business community more than the resilience of Sinclair, T. Rowe Price, and McCormick over the past year,” said Governor Hogan. “The continued success of each of these three great companies is a testament to their leadership and their people, and it is also a shining example that Maryland is open for business and that our state is home to some of the best and most innovative companies in America.”
Baltimore-based T.Rowe Price, which ranked 447th on the annual list, had a 10.5% jump in sales to $6.2 billion in 2020.
