ANNAPOLIS, MD—On the third day of his Eastern Shore tour, Governor Larry Hogan today continued his tradition of visiting the exhibit hall at the Maryland Association of Counties (MACo) Summer Conference, then made additional stops in Wicomico County.
MACo Exhibit Hall. Governor Hogan visited a number of state agency booths while touring the exhibit hall of the MACo Exhibit Hall.
Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals. In Salisbury, the governor toured the facilities of Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals, which is the second largest employer on the Lower Shore. This facility, which employs approximately 300 people, serves as a manufacturing base for their worldwide pharmaceutical operations.
Perdue Henson Junior Achievement Center. Governor Hogan took part in a groundbreaking at the future site of the Perdue Henson Junior Achievement Center, which will provide experiential learning to over 10,000 students each year across six counties on the Eastern Shore. The Hogan administration provided $1 million in funding to support the Junior Achievement Center through the Capital Grants Program.
