While reading on another forum I came across this, http://www.krages.com/ThePhotographersRight.pdf I've never heard from anyone around here that they had a problem with this, but thought I'd share.

Good point Tomcat, That sheet has been around the forums for a few years, and is a great read. It is important to know you rights as a photographer and a good idea to carry a copy of that in you camera bag. There are exception out there also. The downtown of Silver Springs is off limits to photograph.
