Pictures..Are they real?

Someone sent me these pictures today and said they were taken just before Katrina struck....Maybe I am parinoid but I don't believe it...For some reason they just look fake to me...One is clearly a Tornado and Katrina was a Hurricane...If a Tornado that size hit, I think it would do more damage than a Hurricane...What say you all?

Scary yes, but the picture are have a beauty to them. Makes you step back and be in awe of nature.

Like stated, they are real pics, but most are not from Katrina. Some are from this site though Extreme Instability
