works great, easy to use, takes up virtually no space, only for XP though, I wish there was one for Vista.Also you can do multiple pictures at once, unlike microsoft picture manager, you can do hundreds at once with the power toy resizer.

Hands down - the easiest, simplist and most versatile... you can do one pic, or batch multiple pics.

Also if you are only doing a few, since my camera is set to to take 6MB pics, once the picture is on my computer, I simply right click and go to "open with" and select "paint". Once it opens in there, I got to image and select stretch/skew. I then put horizontal and vertical proportioned at like 20%. You will see the picture shrink. Then if you resave, it will be a smaller size. I do this for quick resizing. Jus tthought I would throw that option out as well
