Pineapple Macaroons

Go Braves!
1 pint Pineapple sherbet, softened
2 tsp. almond extract
1 pkg White Cake mix (18.25oz)
6 cups flaked coconut

Directions

Combine sherbet extract and cake mix. Stir in coconut. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on to greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.


The cookies are huge so I cut them back to 1/2 a tablespoon drops:yay: I also didn't have any almond extract and used Vanilla instead and they are just as :yum::yum:


They are marvelous.
