Is this a good school? My son is zoned for Piney Point and will be in kindergarten next year. The pre-k was full so he is at Little Flower School. I would really like to put him in public school next year. I like LFS well enough right now, but it is very expensive and if the public schools are as good as they seem, why send a kid to private? We aren't catholic, so having that be part of his eduacation is not important to me. Everything that I have read so far makes Piney Point seem like a good school, but I'd like to hear some actual opinions. He is very happy at LFS, though, and if PP is no good then I will try to budget in private school for him...

We moved back here in May and my daughter finished her last two weeks at Piney Point. She loved it. Her cousin goes there also. I have never heard anything bad about it.

I have heard good things about PPS. I do know someone that works there and she won a school State award. I can't remember what it was... :ohwell:

All my grandkids go there and the twins are in kindergarten. Mrs. Sierrs in pre-K had all the kids and she is awesome.

There was last years incident where my granddaughter was missing for hours on the wrong school bus...THAT was not good.

My son goes to Piney Point and he loves it. He is in Kindergarten and his teachers are Ms. Watkins and Mrs. Knight. He is crazy about them both. I think it's an excellent school and I am GLAD he goes there!
